It is situated in Galkiriyagama in the Anuradhapura district. This unique natural haven was
brought to the attention of the world by a Buddhist priest Ve. Wanawasi Rahula Thero. Today it
has become a focal attraction for tourists, environmentalists, artists and researchers.
